Mr Lee – Key personnel of ABC Pte Ltd using a Blackberry Handphone and had signed up Blackberry Maintenance Plain with IXIZ MOBILE. Out of a sudden the handset is not working. He is worried as he travels often and needs to be connected via Email.
Mr Lee, called IXIZ Mobile, personnel from IXIZ MOBILE proceeds to meet up with Mr. Lee, pass him the loaned Blackberry Handset with configuration and collected back Mr. Lee faulty Blackberry handset for repair.
