8 x 5 x 4 Blackberry Enterprise Server Engineer Onsite Support
- Normal – 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Excluding Public Holidays
- Extended – 6pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday) Surcharge $80 Per Hour Exclude Public
Holidays
- Limited to 20 man hours total Engineer Onsite Time (Minimum 2 Hours Per Visit)
- Subjected to Renewal after 1 Year
- Same Day Visit cut off at Noon (Support Call after 12pm, Engineer Onsite will be
next Business Day)
