2. What is Local Set & Local Sign-In Set?
Ans: Local set are direct from Teleco with Fresh 12 months Warranty from respective
Teleco. Local Sign-In set means those IXIZ MOBILE customers whom had signed a corporate
mobile contract with a brand new phone but they do not need the phone, as such,
they return to ixiz Mobile as brand new for an agreed fee.

3. Does the warranty still valid for Sign-In Set?
Ans: Yes. All Local Sign-In Set comes with valid 10 to 12 months Warranty direct
from Teleco.

4. Why Local Sign In set only comes with 10 to 12 months warranty and not straight
12 months Warranty?
Ans: IXIZ MOBILE does cater time lapse when the phone received from corporate was
not sold within that month.
For example, IXIZ MOBILE has bought over a Blackberry handset from a corporate customer
and this Blackberry handset was kept brand new in the store for 2 months due to
low demand, as such, when sold, the warranty could only claim as 10 months rather
than 12 months.

5. I do not need any warranty, can I get any cheaper rate for the handset?
Ans: Yes. We do carry Blackberry export models where it is normally cheaper than
Warranty models. All export models are subjected to stock availability. At such,
you may need to email us to check the availability.

6. What happen if I get a export from IXIZ MOBILE, and there is any problem after
I use it for some time? Do you provide repair?
Ans: Yes, IXIZ MOBILE provide repair for all Blackberry models at optional charge.

to us. We will get back to you within 2 working hours.

Ans: Yes. All Blackberry handset sold by IXIZ MOBILE is guarantee 100% to work with
Singapore Telecos Providers. All Handset will be tested in front of the customer
before final payment collection.

8. Why do we need to make 50% payment upon confirmation for buying a Blackberry
Handset from IXIZ MOBILE?
Ans: The reason why we need to collect a 50% payment is because we need customer
commitment before we deliver the handset to the customer. We will only collect the
50% when stock is available and delivery will be on next business day.
